Roidu is a software service for measuring, reporting, analyzing, and managing customer and employee experiences across multiple channels. The software is provided to customers as a SaaS (Software as a Service), and Roidu’s software development department is responsible for the IT infrastructure, development, and maintenance of the SaaS service.
