Intelligent Organisation event series: Competitiveness through trust in technology

Trust in digital technologies, especially AI, is eroding. Concerns over transparency, bias, and accountability are shaping the way customers, partners, and regulators view AI-driven businesses. For companies, this isn’t just a compliance challenge, it requires new ways of working to build and maintain the trust in their businesses.

In this session, we’ll explore how ethical AI can be a driver of market differentiation, customer loyalty, and long-term business success through the research-based approach of VTT’s Ethical Technology Assessment (eTA). Rather than a barrier, ethical considerations can become a source of competitive advantage, helping businesses build trust, mitigate risks, and create sustainable value in an AI-driven world. The session is an interactive opportunity to discuss challenges of responsible AI development and use and seek solutions.

The event languages will be English and Finnish: introduction  in English, group discussion in Finnish or English.
